Meet Jeff

My first business growth client was a former classmate from The Kellogg School at Northwestern University who was struggling to keep alive a franchise business he had purchased two years before.

What started as a marketing consultation (my specialty) quickly expanded to include employee recruiting and retention, negotiating with the landlord and a key decision on whether to purchase or lease equipment.

Together my buddy and I reorganized his business from top to bottom, breathing new life into its marketing backed by a much more cost conscious management process.

Since that time I have gone on to advise and guide more than 100 small business CEOs who faced challenges to their growth…with nobody to turn to for help and support.

I am pleased to serve as their advisor, their supporter and their friend.

In addition to my own consulting business I also serve as senior consultant for Next Level Northwest, a businesss accelerator program funded by the municipalities of Elk Grove Village, Rolling Meadows, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates and Hanover Park. My advice and counsel permits successful small business CEOs to grow their enterprises more quickly and profitably.
